Habits That Actually Stick

Our sustain approach helps you build work routines that last weeks and months — without relying on willpower alone.

Consistency Over Intensity

Quick productivity fixes rarely last. Our sustain framework treats good habits as a design challenge — solved through smart pacing, not grinding harder.

You'll learn to track your energy patterns, adjust your schedule accordingly, and build recovery into your workday instead of treating rest as an afterthought.

What Keeps the Rhythm Alive

Energy Literacy

Track when focus peaks and when it fades. Adjust task types to match — not fight — your natural cadence.

Feedback Loops

Weekly reviews surface patterns early. Small course corrections prevent the need for dramatic resets.

Protected Boundaries

Non-negotiable pause windows and closure rituals that teams honor collectively, not individually.

Your Sustain Journey

Click each phase to see what happens during a typical 90-day sustain program.

Weeks 1–2: Assessment

Audit your current work patterns and identify the biggest friction points.

You'll complete a workflow journal, attend two coaching sessions, and receive a customized daily template based on your actual schedule.

Weeks 3–6: Implementation

Apply the four-part workday framework with weekly coaching check-ins.

Weekly sessions track progress, adjust time blocks, and troubleshoot challenges. Email support is available between sessions.

Weeks 7–10: Refinement

Fine-tune habits based on real-world data from your work journal.

We identify which routines are sticking and which need adjustment. Team members can join a group workshop during this phase.

Weeks 11–12: Independence

Transition to self-guided maintenance with quarterly check-in options.

You keep full access to our template library and can book optional tune-up sessions every 90 days.

Note: Timeline details may vary based on your program tier and participation level. Individual results depend on consistent engagement.
